As a blogger, I've been reflecting on the importance of yams in our Thanksgiving meals. It seems that yams have become a staple in many households during this special time of year. While not everyone may enjoy yams, their presence on the dinner table has become almost synonymous with Thanksgiving. In my opinion, yams are not a necessity, but they definitely contribute to the festive atmosphere and bring a sense of tradition to the meal. Ultimately, the choice to include yams in your Thanksgiving feast is a personal one, but it is hard to deny their place in our holiday celebrations.
